Permanent impairments

We talk about permanent impairments when the condition of someone will not change in the future. For instance, someone has lost their eyesight due to an eye condition and cannot see a screen at all. Or someone has an eye condition like glaucoma, which causes them to only see parts of the screen. Someone can have a motor impairment, which limits their ability to interact with a mouse and keyboard. But their can also be cognitive permanent impairments, like autism, which causes someone to interact with a website differently.
